Cardinal Health is seeking a full-time Collections professional to support offshore teams and manage accounts receivable processes from a country-wide remote location in the United States. The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, issue resolution, and training delivery.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years in collections/finance or customer service, strong Microsoft Office proficiency, and familiarity with SAP/Business Objects. Anticipated salary range is $68,500–$97,700.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years business experience including collections, finance or customer service.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• SAP and Business Objects experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with offshore teams to support collection activities.
• Respond to inbound requests from offshore teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to concerns raised by Cardinal stakeholders.
• Initiate, execute, and track escalation procedures.
• Identify issues and determine root causes with stakeholders when offshore operations fall short.
• Monitor progress of offshore solutions and ensure root causes are resolved.
• Conduct regular quality performance audits of the offshore team and provide feedback.
• Prepare training materials and conduct sessions as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and system access for offshore team members.
