Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections professional to manage offshore-influenced accounts receivable processes. You will collaborate with offshore teams, respond to inquiries, and implement escalation procedures to keep payment cycles moving.

The role emphasizes root-cause analysis, quality audits, and training onboarding for offshore staff, with a focus on delivering timely collections and accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years business experience including collections, finance or customer service preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). SAP and Business Objects experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with offshore teams to support collection activities and expedite payments.
• Respond to inbound requests from offshore teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to concerns raised by Cardinal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Initiate, execute, and track escalation procedures.
• Identify issues and root causes when offshore operations do not meet expectations.
• Monitor progress of offshore-implemented solutions to ensure root causes are resolved.
• Conduct regular quality performance audits of the offshore team and communicate issues to offshore leads.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and system access for offshore team members.
