Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3–5 years in collections, finance, or customer service.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint; SAP and Business Objects helpful.

Responsibilities

• Interact with offshore teams to support collections and expedite payments.
• Respond to inbound requests from offshore teams promptly and professionally.
• Address concerns from Cardinal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Initiate, execute, and track escalation procedures as needed.
• Identify root causes with internal and external partners when offshore operations fail to meet expectations.
• Monitor offshore solution progress to ensure issues are resolved.
• Conduct quality audits of offshore activities and provide feedback to leads.
• Prepare training materials and conduct sessions; assist onboarding of offshore staff.
