Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections professional to manage offshore collaboration and help collect outstanding accounts receivable. The position requires 3–5 years in collections/finance and familiarity with SAP and Business Objects or Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities include resolving disputes, developing payment plans, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal partners. The role offers competitive compensation within Cardinal Health's salary structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years business experience including collections, finance or customer service preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• SAP and Business Objects experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with offshore teams to support collection activities by ensuring customers have the information to expedite payments.
• Respond to inbound requests from offshore teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to concerns raised by Cardinal stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
• Initiate, execute, and track escalation procedures as needed.
• Identify issues and determine root causes with internal/external stakeholders when offshore operations miss expectations.
• Monitor progress of offshore solutions to ensure root causes are resolved.
• Conduct regular quality audits of offshore team performance and communicate issues to leads.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and system access for offshore team members.
