Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Collections professional to support offshore teams and manage accounts receivable through effective dispute research, payment plan development, and relationship building with customers and internal partners.

The role involves collaborating across teams, escalating issues, and training offshore staff. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred, with 3–5 years in collections or finance and SAP/BO experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years business experience in collections, finance, or customer service preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• SAP and Business Objects experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact regularly with offshore teams to support collection activities and expedite payments.
• Respond to inbound requests from offshore teams in a timely and professional manner.
• Address concerns raised by Cardinal stakeholders promptly and professionally.
• Initiate, execute, and track escalation procedures as needed.
• Identify issues and root causes when offshore operations miss expectations or requirements.
• Monitor progress of offshore solutions to ensure root causes are resolved.
• Conduct regular quality audits of offshore team performance and communications.
• Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
• Assist with onboarding and system access for offshore team members.
