Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare coding guidelines (NCCI, LCD/NCD).
• Experience with CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding.
• Proven accuracy and attention to detail in coding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coding functions and monitor Epic Coding Work Queues and in-basket messages.
• Onboard, orient, and coach new caregivers; assist in corrective action plans.
• Monitor staffing levels, coder productivity, and QA audits to meet KPIs.
