Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily coding operations and QA audits to meet KPIs.
• Coach and onboard coders; manage timecards and staffing.
• Collaborate with Coding Managers and other departments.
• Monitor coding workflows, in-basket messages, and charge entry.
