Qualifications

• Recent production coding and/or coding integrity experience preferred.
• Specialty coding experience preferred across multiple physician specialties.

Responsibilities

• Present coding and documentation education for coders and clinicians, in-person or virtual.
• Develop and maintain coding education programs and materials.
• Schedule and coordinate education offerings using Learning Connection, ATMS, Skype or Teams.
• Identify coding education needs and collaborate with leadership to tailor training programs.
• Create and update learner manuals, facilitator guides and train-the-trainer sessions.
