Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to design and optimize cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.

You will develop integrations on Google Cloud Platform, implement CI/CD, and ensure secure, scalable deployments, collaborating with architects and senior engineers to deliver reliable customer experiences. Travel may be required; the role is remote with responsibilities in cloud engineering, testing, and production support for Humana's customer experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in cloud engineering, systems analysis, or app development.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and application support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Support contact center modernization, including migration and transformation initiatives.
• Configure and support GCP services, including Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, monitoring.
• Develop conversational experiences, authentication services, and workflow orchestration.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning.
• Apply security, CI/CD, monitoring standards, and best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and platform improvements.
