Job summary

Humana seeks a Cloud Solutions Engineer to advance cloud-based customer experience platforms with conversational AI and contact center solutions. You will translate requirements into secure, scalable cloud deployments and collaborate across teams to deliver reliable technologies.

Responsibilities include building integrations, configuring GCP services, and supporting modernization efforts. Remote work is available with some travel, 40-hour weeks, and a bonus potential based on company

Qualifications

Degree in CS/IT or related field.
3–5 years in cloud engineering, systems analysis or app development.
Experience with cloud platforms, APIs and integrations.

Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.
Build and maintain integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise apps.
Support contact center modernization, including migration and transformation.
Configure and support GCP services (Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, monitoring).
Develop conversational experiences, authentication services, and workflows.
Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
Perform unit/integration/regression testing for quality and reliability.
Participate in Agile sprint planning and backlog refinement.
Apply security, CI/CD, monitoring, and software development best practices.
