Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, systems analysis or application development.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations and application support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for improving consumer and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Support contact center modernization, including migration and transformation initiatives.
• Configure and support GCP services, including Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, and monitoring.
• Develop conversational experiences, authentication services, and workflow orchestration.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure quality.
• Participate in Agile development activities including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Apply enterprise standards for security, CI/CD, monitoring and software development best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous platform improvements.
