Job summary

Humana is seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to develop, integrate, test, and optimize cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions. You will translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, customer-focused technologies.

You will configure and support Google Cloud Platform services such as Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, and APIs; build integrations between cloud platforms and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years in cloud engineering, systems analysis, or app development.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and application support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.
• Build integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise apps.
• Support contact center modernization and migration efforts.
• Configure GCP services (Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, monitoring).
• Develop authentication services and workflow orchestration.
• Troubleshoot production issues across apps and integrations.
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing.
• Participate in Agile sprints and backlog refinement.
• Apply security, CI/CD, monitoring, and best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and platform improvements.
