Qualifications

• The candidate has a Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, systems analysis, or application development.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and application support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for improving consumer and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise apps.
• Support contact center modernization, including migration and transformation.
• Configure and support GCP services (Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, monitoring).
• Develop conversational experiences, authentication services, and workflow orchestration.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing for quality.
• Participate in Agile development activities (sprint planning, backlog refinement).
• Apply enterprise standards for security, CI/CD, monitoring, and best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and support platform improvements.
