Humana is seeking a Cloud Solutions Engineer to develop, integrate, test, and optimize conversational AI and contact center solutions in a remote role. You will work with Google Cloud Platform, CX Agent Studio, and enterprise integrations to deliver scalable, secure cloud services.

You will participate in Agile sprints, implement CI/CD practices, and maintain documentation while ensuring HIPAA-compliant handling of data and reliable production systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in cloud engineering, systems analysis, or application development.
• Experience with cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and application support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for improving consumer and customer experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, deploy, and support cloud-based conversational AI and contact center solutions.
• Build and maintain integrations between cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Support contact center modernization efforts, including migration and transformation initiatives.
• Configure and support GCP services, including Cloud Run, BigQuery, IAM, APIs, logging, and monitoring.
• Develop conversational experiences, authentication services, and workflow orchestration.
• Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
• Perform unit, integration, and regression testing to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Apply enterprise standards for security, CI/CD, monitoring, and software development best practices.
• Maintain technical documentation and support continuous platform improvements.
