Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering or related field, production environments.
• 3+ years of SQL query and monitoring expertise.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud services and automation tools.
• Strong scripting and configuration management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level, day-to-day operational support of complex application cloud systems.
• Develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope.
• Follow standard practices to analyze situations and data for rapid resolution.
• Detect, isolate, document, report, and resolve outages with diagnostics and recovery steps.
• Document problems in logging and discrepancy reporting tools.
• Communicate status to users and senior management; support on-call duties.
