Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cloud Delivery Enablement Specialist to serve as the strategic bridge between business operations and technical cloud transformations. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams to evaluate organizational readiness, streamline legacy workflows, and ensure enterprise business units are fully equipped to maximize cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of process-improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, or Agile/Scrum). Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification is a plus.
• Solid understanding of cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR) and Lean/Agile principles.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state and future-state business processes to identify bottlenecks and re-engineer workflows for cloud-native architectures.
• Conduct end-to-end readiness assessments evaluating infrastructure, process maturity, and team capabilities prior to cloud migration.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement to align workflows with cloud capabilities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure efficiency gains, process improvements, and post-migration agility.
• Apply change-management methodologies to guide teams through operational shifts and foster a cloud-first mindset.
