Job summary

Motorola Solutions in San Diego is seeking a Senior Cloud Transformation Lead to drive readiness assessments, document and re-engineer business workflows, and partner with Finance, HR, Legal and Procurement to align operations with cloud capabilities.

You will define KPIs to measure post-migration efficiency and agility, and apply cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) with agile/lean practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years intersecting business operations, project management, and IT/cloud transformations.
• Cloud concepts across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS; certifications desirable.
• Familiar with change management frameworks and agile/lean operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational readiness assessments prior to cloud migration.
• Document and re-engineer core workflows for cloud-native environments.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement to align operations with cloud capabilities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure efficiency gains post-migration.
