Qualifications

• 4+ years operating at the intersection of business operations, project management, and IT/cloud transformations.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
• High School diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT, or Technology (or equivalent practical experience).

Responsibilities

• Map current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes and re-engineer workflows for cloud-native architectures.
• Assess organizational readiness with end-to-end readiness assessments evaluating infrastructure, process maturity, and team capabilities prior to cloud migration.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement to adapt workflows to cloud capabilities.
• Measure KPIs to evaluate efficiency gains, process improvements, and post-migration agility.
• Apply structured change management methodologies to guide teams through operational shifts and foster a cloud-first mindset.
