Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cloud Transformation professional in Las Vegas to lead organizational readiness assessments, optimize business workflows for cloud-native environments, and collaborate across Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement to align operations with cloud capabilities.

The role requires 4+ years at the intersection of business operations and IT/cloud transformations, with strong knowledge of cloud concepts and change management practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 4+ years of experience at the intersection of business operations, project management, and IT/cloud transformations.
• Cloud awareness: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS; major providers (AWS, Azure, GCP); practitioner certs desirable.
• Strong familiarity with change management frameworks and agile/lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational readiness assessments to evaluate infrastructure, process maturity, and team capabilities prior to cloud migration.
• Document, analyze, and re‑engineer core business workflows to optimize them for cloud‑native environments (automation, SaaS, PaaS).
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement to align operational rhythms with cloud capabilities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure efficiency gains and business agility post‑migration.
