Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cloud Delivery Enablement Specialist to bridge business operations and cloud transformations. Remote role with frequent travel to engage enterprise teams, stakeholders, and business units.

You will map processes, assess readiness, align cross-functional teams, and define metrics to measure post-migration agility. This role shapes our global cloud delivery model and requires strong change management, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years operating at the intersection of business ops, PM, and IT/cloud transformations.
• Must be able to obtain a government customer background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state and future-state business processes to enable cloud-native architectures.
• Assess organizational readiness for cloud migration across infra, process, and teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement.
• Define KPIs, monitor efficiency gains, and post-migration agility.
• Lead change management initiatives to foster a cloud-first mindset.
