Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Cloud Readiness and Transformation Specialist to assess infrastructure and processes prior to cloud migration, documenting and re-engineering workflows for cloud-native environments. Collaboration across Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement is essential.

The role defines and tracks KPIs to measure efficiency and agility after migration, with a strong focus on change management and agile/lean execution in large enterprise settings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience at the intersection of business operations, project management, and IT/cloud transformations.
• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and major providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Cloud practitioner or fundamentals-level certifications are desirable.
• Experience with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and agile/lean operational methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational readiness assessments to evaluate infrastructure, process maturity, and team capabilities prior to cloud migration.
• Document, analyze, and re-engineer core business workflows to optimize them for cloud-native environments using automation, SaaS, and PaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement to align operational rhythms with cloud capabilities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure efficiency gains and business agility post-migration.
