This 100% remote role includes 25%–50% travel to meet enterprise teams and stakeholders, shaping the future of our global cloud delivery model within a safety-focused technology platform.

Qualifications

• Experience applying process improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Agile).
• Ability to design and implement cloud-enabled business processes.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and measure outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state and future-state business processes to enable cloud-native architectures.
• Assess organizational readiness across infrastructure, process maturity, and teams.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement.
• Define KPIs and measure efficiency gains post-migration.
• Lead change management to foster a cloud-first, agile mindset.
