Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cloud Readiness professional to assess and prepare organizations for cloud migrations, aligning processes and teams with cloud-native environments. You will work across Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement to ensure operational rhythm aligns with cloud capabilities and measure post-migration agility.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of cloud solutions and business operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Technology or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and major providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess organizational readiness for cloud migration across infrastructure, processes and teams.
• Document, analyze, and re-engineer core workflows for cloud-native environments leveraging automation, SaaS and PaaS.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement to align operational rhythms with cloud capabilities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure efficiency gains and business agility post-migration.
