Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a seasoned Cloud Transformation professional to join our Utah-based team. You will assess readiness, reengineer workflows, and align Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement with cloud capabilities to drive agility.

You bring 4+ years in business operations and IT/cloud transformations, a solid grasp of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, and change-management mindset. This role offers growth, competitive benefits, and a path to impactful digital modernization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
4+ years of Cloud Solutions and Business Operations experience.
Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers.

Responsibilities

Conduct organizational readiness assessments to evaluate infrastructure, process maturity, and team capabilities prior to cloud migration.
Document, analyze, and re‑engineer core business workflows to optimize them for cloud‑native environments (leveraging automation, SaaS, and PaaS solutions).
Collaborate with cross‑functional business units (Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement) to align their operational rhythms with cloud capabilities.
Define and track key operational metrics (KPIs) to measure the efficiency gains and business agility post‑migration.
