This 100% remote role requires 25%–50% travel to engage with teams and stakeholders. Join a team delivering cloud-first, agile solutions with measurable KPIs, driving organizational change and operating at the intersection of business operations

Qualifications

• Experience bridging business operations and IT/cloud transformations.
• Strong process improvement and KPI measurement capabilities.
• Ability to partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement.

Responsibilities

• Map current vs. future state processes and identify bottlenecks.
• Assess readiness and capabilities before cloud migration.
• Collaborate with business units to align workflows to cloud capabilities.
• Define KPIs and track efficiency gains post-migration.
• Apply change management methodologies to enable cloud adoption.
