Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cloud Delivery Enablement Specialist to bridge business operations and cloud transformations. You will evaluate readiness, streamline legacy workflows, and enable enterprise units for cloud-native environments from a remote setting.

You will partner across Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement, measure KPIs, and drive structured change management to foster a cloud-first, agile mindset. This role requires 25–50% travel to meet enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years operating at the intersection of business operations, project management, and IT/cloud transformations.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by government customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state and future-state business processes to re-engineer workflows for cloud-native architectures.
• Assess infrastructure, process maturity, and team capability prior to cloud migration.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement for cloud-ready operations.
• Define KPIs and monitor post-migration agility and efficiency gains.
