Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Cloud Solutions and Business Operations experience.
• Cloud Awareness: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS and major providers (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Familiar with change management frameworks (Prosci ADKAR) and agile/lean methods.
• Must be able to obtain a government background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct readiness assessments to evaluate infrastructure, process maturity, and team capabilities before cloud migration.
• Document and re‑engineer core workflows for cloud‑native environments using automation, SaaS, and PaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement to align operations with cloud capabilities.
• Define and track KPIs to measure efficiency gains and agility after migration.
