Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Cloud Delivery Enablement Specialist for a 100% remote role on the West Coast. You will bridge business operations and cloud transformations, mapping as-is and to-be processes, and partnering with Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement to drive cloud adoption.

You will measure operational KPIs, lead change management, and ensure cloud-native workflows are implemented with rigor. Travel 25-50% to meet enterprise teams, stakeholders, and business units as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years delivering cloud solutions and business operations improvements.
• Ability to obtain government clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Map current-state and future-state business processes to remove bottlenecks and enable cloud-native architectures.
• Assess infrastructure, process maturity, and team capability before cloud migration.
• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and Procurement to align workflows with cloud capabilities.
• Define KPIs, track efficiency gains, and drive post-migration agility.
• Lead structured change management to foster a cloud-first, agile mindset.
