Hey Jane, the leading virtual medication abortion provider in the US, is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to own scheduling, coverage, and day-to-day operational coordination across all states we serve. This early hire partner will work with our Clinical Operations Senior Manager and clinic managers to build the backbone of a growing team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in clinical operations or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills managing schedules, PTO, call-outs.
• Experience owning recurring operational processes.
• Ability to partner with clinic managers and cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with scheduling, EHR, and lab-vendor systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the 8-week clinical schedule build and ongoing coverage.
• Configure sync visit provider availability and slots.
• Review and approve clinical payroll on recurring cadence.
• Support day-to-day escalations per playbook.
• Assist onboarding logistics and vendor configuration for clinical hires (Elation, Quest).
• Help organize Operations On-Call rotation schedule.
