Hey Jane is hiring an Clinical Operations Specialist to own the clinical schedule, coverage, and day-to-day coordination across all states we operate in. You will partner with the Clinical Operations Senior Manager and clinic managers to ensure smooth patient care and scalable processes as an early hire.

The role is fully remote with a focus on cross-state compliance and efficient operational execution. We value ownership, reliability, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-growing telehealth

Qualifications

• 2+ years in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ownership mindset.
• Comfortable partnering with clinic managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience across scheduling, EHR, and lab-vendor systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical schedule build on an 8-week cycle and ongoing coverage.
• Manage provider availability and appointment slots, including ad hoc updates.
• Review and approve clinical payroll on a recurring cadence.
• Support day-to-day escalations per a defined playbook.
• Assist onboarding logistics and vendor configuration for clinical hires.
• Organize the Operations On-Call rotation schedule.
