Job summary

Hey Jane is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to own the clinical schedule, coverage, and day-to-day operational coordination across all states we operate in. This early hire will partner with the Clinical Operations Senior Manager and clinic managers to build the operational backbone of a new team, ensuring smooth patient care and reliable processes.

The role is fully remote with eligibility in CA, CO, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, OR, and WA.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare administration.
• Highly organized with ability to track multiple moving pieces.
• Comfortable owning recurring operational processes.
• Detail-oriented and accountable; proactive communication with clinic managers.
• Experience with scheduling, EHR, and lab-vendor systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the 8-week clinical schedule cycle and ongoing coverage across states.
• Configure sync visit availability and ad hoc updates.
• Review payroll for base hours and differentials on a recurring cadence.
• Support day-to-day escalations per the Senior Manager's playbook.
• Assist onboarding and vendor configuration for clinical hires (Elation, Quest).
• Organize the Operations On-Call rotation schedule.
