Hey Jane is hiring a Clinical Operations Specialist to own the clinical schedule, coverage, and day-to-day operational coordination across 24+ states. This early hire partners with the Clinical Operations Senior Manager and clinic managers to keep patient care running smoothly in a fully remote environment.

The role emphasizes end-to-end process ownership, calendar management, payroll review, and onboarding logistics for clinical hires, with room to shape the department as we scale.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare administration.
• Highly organized with ability to track multiple moving pieces (schedules, PTO, calls).
• Comfortable owning recurring, detail-heavy processes.
• Detail-oriented and accountable with ownership mentality.
• Natural partner capable of building trust with clinic managers.
• Energized by the operational side of healthcare.
• Experience with scheduling, EHR, and lab-vendor systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical schedule build on an 8-week cycle and ongoing coverage.
• Own sync visit configuration and provider availability.
• Review and approve clinical payroll on a recurring cadence.
• Support day-to-day operational escalations with the playbook.
• Support onboarding logistics and vendor configuration for clinical hires.
• Help organize the Operations On-Call rotation schedule.
