Hey Jane is a pioneering remote health service focused on safe, discreet medication abortion and broader reproductive health care. As the Clinical Operations Specialist, you will own scheduling, coverage, and day-to-day operations across 24+ states, partnering with the Clinical Operations Senior Manager and clinic managers to build a scalable operations backbone.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or a similar operational/coordination role.
• Highly organized with the ability to track multiple moving pieces (schedules, PTO, call-outs, vendor setups).
• Comfortable owning recurring, detail-heavy operational processes.
• Detail-oriented and accountable; able to catch issues early and own outcomes.
• Natural partner; builds trust with clinic managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical schedule build on an 8-week cycle and ongoing work between builds.
• Manage sync visit configuration and provider availability across states.
• Review and approve clinical payroll on a recurring cadence.
• Support day-to-day operational escalations within a defined playbook.
• Assist onboarding logistics and vendor configuration for clinical hires (Elation, Quest, etc.).
• Help organize the Operations On-Call rotation schedule.
