Job summary

Hey Jane, the first and largest virtual medication abortion provider in the US, is seeking a Clinical Operations Senior Manager. You will own the roadmap, cadence, and playbooks to scale the clinical team across 24+ states, partnering with clinical, operations, product, and leadership to drive efficient, compliant care.

You will build licensing/credentialing, SOPs, escalation playbooks, and capacity models while coordinating staffing with clinic leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical operations, clinical leadership, healthcare administration, or related operational role.
• Comfortable working across scheduling, EHR, and other clinical ops systems; capable with data/analytics tools.
• Experience scaling operations across multiple states with licensing considerations.
• Experience partnering on capacity planning and staffing for clinics.
• Ability to design SOPs, escalation Playbooks, and cross-team training materials.

Responsibilities

• Own roadmap, cadence, and playbooks for scale of clinical operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, product, and leadership.
• Design licensing/credentialing prioritization and SOP library maintenance.
• Coordinate launches and staff recruitment to scale care delivery.
