Job summary

Hey Jane, the first and largest virtual medication abortion provider in the US, seeks a Clinical Operations Specialist to own the 8‑week scheduling cycle, coverage across 24+ states, and day‑to‑day operational coordination with clinic managers. This role is fully remote and an early hire in the Clinical Operations team.

As the team scales, you’ll help build the operations backbone, manage onboarding and vendor configurations, and ensure smooth scheduling and payroll processes across states.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in clinical operations or healthcare administration.
• Highly organized with ability to track multiple moving parts.
• Detail-oriented and reliable, with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage the 8-week clinical schedule cycle.
• Manage sync visit configuration and provider slots.
• Review clinical payroll on a recurring cadence.
• Support day-to-day operational escalations with a playbook.
• Assist onboarding and vendor configuration for clinical hires (Elation, Quest, and similar systems).
• Organize the Operations On-Call rotation.
