Job summary

Hey Jane, a US-based virtual reproductive-health provider, seeks a Clinical Operations Specialist to own scheduling, coverage, and day-to-day coordination across 24+ states. You’ll partner with the Clinical Operations Senior Manager and clinic managers to keep patient care running smoothly.

This remote, early-hire role offers equity and the chance to shape how a growing team builds robust operational processes and scalable workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or a similar operational/coordination role.
• Highly organized, with a knack for tracking multiple moving pieces at once: schedules, PTO requests, call-outs, vendor setups.
• Someone who's comfortable owning a recurring, detail-heavy operational process.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical schedule build on its 8-week cycle and ongoing between builds: call-outs, PTO tracking, coverage across states.
• Own sync visit configuration — provider availability and appointment slots, including ad hoc updates.
• Review and approve clinical payroll (base hours, additional time, differentials) on a recurring cadence.
• Support day-to-day operational escalations within a playbook built by the Senior Manager.
• Support onboarding logistics and vendor configuration for clinical hires (Elation, Quest, and similar systems).
• Help organize our Operations On-Call rotation schedule.
