Hey Jane in the United States is seeking a Clinical Operations Senior Manager to own the roadmap, cadence, and playbooks that scale our clinical team with confidence. You will own the quarterly roadmap and OKR tracking for initiatives like clinical expansion, efficiency, and the operational systems that keep a growing clinical team running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical operations or related leadership roles.
• Ability to translate priorities into actionable plans and keep work on track.
• Experience with scheduling, EHR, and clinical operations systems; data/analytics aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Own Clinical Ops quarterly roadmap and OKR tracking.
• Partner on scaling the care model and staffing capacity projects.
• Build and own the escalation playbook for on-call and day-to-day fires.
• Help design clinical payroll processes; oversight by Specialist.
• Own licensing and credentialing prioritization.
• Maintain SOP library and cross‑team training materials.
• Coordinate feature launches and staff-facing changes.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership on recruiting and retention.
