Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator for a 100% remote position. You will coordinate assessment scheduling, handle communications, and maintain case documents while supporting multiple program service lines.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, calendar management, and data entry. Healthcare/ PASRR familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant administrative or customer service experience.
• Preferred: Associate's degree and healthcare/ Medicaid office exposure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment scheduling and manage communications.
• Process and maintain case-related documentation with accuracy.
• Provide administrative support across multiple program lines.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Multitask across systems in a fast-paced environment.
