Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; preferred 3 years administrative/customer service experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, calendar management) and strong communication skills.
• Experience navigating multiple systems and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment scheduling and manage communications.
• Process and maintain case documentation accurately.
