Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator for a 100% remote role to support assessment scheduling, communications, and documentation processing across programs for families under our IL PASRR contract. You will liaise with families, providers, assessors, and internal teams, handling multiple systems and ensuring timely service delivery with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and calendar management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and administrative skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review information keyed into the system to verify data accuracy.
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
• Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
