Job summary

Maximus seeks a Clinical Operations Coordinator for a 100% remote role supporting families under our IL PASRR contract. You will coordinate assessment scheduling, manage communications, and process case documentation while providing admin and customer support across multiple program lines.

The role emphasizes organization, multitasking, and strong problem-solving and communication skills to ensure timely, accurate documentation and a positive experience for members and providers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and calendar management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong computer and administrative skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review information keyed into the system to verify the accuracy of data.
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
• Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
