Maximus is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to support assessment scheduling, documentation, and customer support for families under our IL PASRR contract. This 100% remote role requires strong organization, multitasking, and ability to work across multiple systems while liaising with families, providers, assessors, and internal teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in admin or customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook and calendar management), and excellent written

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of relevant administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and calendar management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and administrative skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Mansioni

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review information keyed into the system to verify data accuracy.
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
• Follow established policies and procedures for indexing and imaging without deviation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
