Maximus is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator for a 100% remote role based in the United States. You will coordinate assessment scheduling, handle communications, process and maintain case documents, and provide administrative and customer support across multiple program lines.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to juggle priorities, and proficiency with phone, email, scheduling, documentation, and data entry in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and calendar management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review information keyed into the system to verify data accuracy.
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
• Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
