Job summary

Herzing University seeks a MS-CMHC Clinical Director to oversee the fieldwork component of the MS-CMHC program, ensuring CACREP alignment and effective partnerships with sites and agencies.

The role collaborates with program leadership and faculty to develop curriculum, policies, and accreditation activities, supporting students, faculty, and site supervisors throughout clinical fieldwork.

Qualifications

• PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision required.
• Experience with CACREP accreditation preferred.
• Experience in clinical supervision required.
• Licensed Professional Counselor licensure (or equivalent) required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to CACREP accreditation efforts for the MS-CMHC program.
• Develop the program curriculum and assessment plan with faculty.
• Create and maintain fieldwork partnerships with sites for students.
• Oversee student progress and manage academic processes for fieldwork.
