Qualifications

• PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in higher education.
• Experience with CACREP accreditation.
• Experience in clinical supervision.
• Licensed professional licensure in applicant's state (no associate/provisional licenses).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the initial CACREP accreditation process for the MS-CMHC program.
• Develop the program curriculum and assessment plan with program leadership and faculty.
• Develop partnerships with agencies for fieldwork site placements.
• Maintain fieldwork agreements between Herzing University and sites.
• Complete components of the accreditation candidacy application related to fieldwork.
• Collaborate on program policies and provide MS-CMHC Fieldwork Manual to students.
• Maintain curricular documents (catalog, manual, handbook, website, brochures).
• Provide training and ongoing communication to students, practicum/internship instructors, and site supervisors.
• Evaluate student fieldwork placements for alignment with program and accreditation requirements.
• Oversee student progress and academic processes for fieldwork components.
• Act as liaison with state licensing boards.
• Serve on school/college/university committees.
• All other duties as assigned.
