Job summary

Herzing University seeks an MS-CMHC Clinical Director to oversee the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of the MS-CMHC practicum and internship fieldwork, ensuring alignment with CACREP standards and licensing requirements.

You will collaborate with program leadership and faculty on curriculum, assessments, and accreditation activities; develop fieldwork partnerships and agreements; support students, site supervisors, and instructors; and evaluate placements and student

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in higher education.
• Experience with CACREP accreditation.
• Experience in clinical supervision.
• Licensed Professional Counselor or equivalent licensure.
• PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CACREP accreditation processes for the MS-CMHC program.
• Develop curriculum and assessment plans with program chairs.
• Create and maintain fieldwork partnerships and site agreements.
• Supervise students, practicum instructors, and field supervisors.
• Evaluate student progress and manage fieldwork operations.
• Liaise with state licensing boards and participate in committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
