Qualifications

• PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision required.
• 5 years of experience in higher education.
• Experience with CACREP accreditation.
• Experience in clinical supervision.
• Licensed Professional Counselor or equivalent licensure by state.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, coordination, and continuous improvement of practicum and internship fieldwork to align with CACREP standards and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with program leadership and faculty on curriculum, assessment, policies, and accreditation activities.
• Develop and maintain fieldwork partnerships and agreements; support students, faculty, and site supervisors.
• Evaluate fieldwork placements and oversee student progress throughout clinical fieldwork.
• Act as a liaison with state licensing boards and participate in committees as needed.
