Herzing University is seeking a Clinical Director for the MS-CMHC program to lead fieldwork development and ensure CACREP alignment. You will collaborate with program leadership to shape curriculum, assess outcomes, and manage accreditation tasks while maintaining strong partnerships with fieldwork sites.

The role requires a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision, at least five years in higher education, CACREP experience, and an eligible counseling license.

Competenze

• PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision is required.

• Experience with CACREP accreditation.
• Licensed Professional Counselor or equivalent licensure required.

• Oversee the development, coordination, and continuous improvement of the MS-CMHC fieldwork component to align with CACREP and licensing.
• Collaborate with program leadership and faculty on curriculum, assessment, policies, and accreditation activities.
• Develop and maintain fieldwork partnerships and agreements with sites.
• Support students, faculty, and site supervisors; evaluate fieldwork placements and student progress.
