Qualifications

• PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision.
• 5 years of experience in higher education.
• Experience with CACREP accreditation.
• Experience in clinical supervision.
• Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (or other independent licensure by state).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development, coordination, and improvement of the MS-CMHC fieldwork component to align with CACREP standards.
• Collaborate with program leadership and faculty on curriculum, assessment, and accreditation activities.
• Develop and maintain fieldwork partnerships and agreements with sites.
• Support students, faculty, and site supervisors during field placements.
• Evaluate fieldwork placements and oversee student progress throughout the fieldwork experience.
• Act as liaison with state licensing boards.
