Velvet Horizons is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support client requests, organize service arrangements, and assist with the coordination process in a remote setting. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.

You will handle inquiries by email, phone, and online platforms, present service options, schedule plans, manage reservations with providers, and maintain accurate records while contributing to process

Qualifications
